About the Teacher/Welcome

Bio

My name is Lea Sayger I will be your child's 3rd grade teacher this year. I am very excited about this new school year and I am certain that once the year starts your child will also share the same enthusiasm.

To start off, I would like to share with you a little about myself. I was born and raised in Texas. Both of my parents were raised overseas - Brazil and Kenya, Africa. I am the older of two children and my family still lives in Texas. My husband and I  made the big move to Mississippi back in 2018. It has been a big adjustment moving from Texas to Mississippi, but I love it here!

Education

I went to  Stephen F. Austin State University where I received my bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
