I received my BS in Physical Education from The University of Memphis.

Experience

This will be my 14th year of teaching PE and my 2nd year at DCES!

Bio

My name is Jesse Bass and I have been teaching PE for 14 years. I am 40 years old and have been married for 8 years. I have 3 kids at home that keep me young, all daughters! I grew up in Walnut, Mississippi and in my spare time I enjoy fishing, playing guitar, watching college football, metal detecting, and spending time with family and friends. 

I just want to let everyone know that I will be posting links to my VR spot that will have PE activities in it that kids can do. Most of the activities will be able to be done indoors! If you need any resources or ideas, feel free to contact me!

On pretty days get out and play! No Fortnite unless it's raining or below 50 degrees! 

Remember that walking the dog, riding your bike, or shooting hoops counts as exercise! Take advantage of the weather when it'snice outside!

This is a video is called a Tabatas workout. It will give you a choice of 3 exercises set to music. You pick one and do it for the time limit it sets!
